Sizing & fit
How do I find my size?
Measure your chest (or bust) at the fullest point and compare it with our Size Guide. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one if you plan to wear a hoodie or knit underneath, and the smaller one for a close, classic fit.
Will a leather jacket stretch?
Leather softens and moulds to your body as you wear it, especially around the elbows and shoulders, but it does not grow a full size. Choose a fit that feels snug-but-comfortable on day one.
Can I get a jacket in my exact measurements?
Yes. With JOWEAR Bespoke you choose the style, leather, colour and lining, then send your measurements. We confirm every detail with you before production starts.
Orders & payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept [cards, online banking, Fiuu, GrabPay, ShopeePay] and more. All available options are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.
The site shows prices in other currencies — what will I be charged?
The currency selector shows approximate prices for your reference. Your order is always charged in the store currency shown at checkout. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Ready-to-wear orders can be changed or cancelled until they are shipped — contact us as soon as possible. Made-to-measure orders can be changed until production starts.
Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Ready-to-wear orders are delivered within 14 days. Made-to-measure jackets take [X–Y] weeks to make, then ship. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Is delivery free?
Yes, on orders over RM250. Smaller orders have a flat delivery fee shown at checkout.
Returns & exchanges
Can I return or exchange my jacket?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn with tags attached. Made-to-measure pieces can’t be returned for a change of mind, but we will fix any fault or error on our side. See Returns & Exchanges.
Leather & care
Is your leather genuine?
Yes. Each product page lists the exact leather used — for example lambskin, cowhide, goatskin, suede or shearling. Natural leather has small marks and variations in grain and colour; these are signs of a genuine hide, not defects.
Can I wear my leather jacket in the rain?
Light rain is fine for smooth leather — let it dry naturally at room temperature, away from heaters or direct sun. Suede is more delicate: protect it with a suede spray and avoid heavy rain.
How do I care for my jacket?
Hang it on a wide, padded hanger, keep it out of direct sunlight, and condition smooth leather every 6–12 months. Read our full guide: How to care for your leather jacket.
